📋 Step 1: The Master Dashboard
One doc or Notion page with ALL your clients.
For each client:
Name
Core tasks
Deadlines (weekly/monthly)
Communication preference (Slack? Email? Loom?)
Notes (how they like things done)
Update weekly. 5 minutes lang.
This becomes your command center. Hindi ka na maguguluhan kung sino may deadline kailan.
📅 Step 2: Weekly Planning Ritual (Every Sunday or Monday morning)
Before the week starts:
List top 3 priorities per client
Block time for each client in your calendar
Identify what AI can handle this week
AI prompt: "Help me plan my week. I have [X] clients with these priorities: [LIST]. Suggest a time-blocked schedule."
15 minutes every week = zero panic all week.
☀️ Step 3: The Daily Check-In (5 minutes)
Morning: What's the #1 task for each client today?
Evening: Did I deliver? Any fires to address tomorrow?
Write it down. Simple habit na malaki ang impact.
📧 Step 4: Communication Templates
Stop writing from scratch. You have these:
"Running behind" template
Same templates, customized per client. Fast na, consistent pa.
📝 Step 5: The "Not Today" List
Tasks that aren't urgent but can't be forgotten.
Review weekly. Prevents things from slipping through cracks.
