Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday you identified your client types.

Today, you get the scripts. For those moments when you freeze and think: "Ano ba sasabihin ko dito?"

Copy these. Save these. Use these.

💬 Situation 1: Scope creep — "Can you also..."

What to say:

"Happy to help with that! Just to confirm — this is outside our original scope, so I'll add it as a separate task at [RATE]. Want me to proceed?"

Friendly. Clear. May boundary.

💬 Situation 2: Unclear feedback — "I don't like it"

What to say:

"Thanks for the feedback! To make sure I get it right, can you share what specifically isn't working? Is it the tone, the structure, or something else?"

Hindi ka defensive. You're asking for clarity para ma-deliver mo ng tama.

💬 Situation 3: Unrealistic deadline — "I need this in 2 hours"

What to say:

"I want to deliver quality work for you. For this task, I'd need [REALISTIC TIME]. If you need it faster, I can prioritize — but may need to adjust [OTHER TASK]. What works best?"

You're not saying no. You're offering options.

💬 Situation 4: Late payment — Invoice overdue

What to say:

"Hi [NAME], just following up on invoice #[X] from [DATE]. Let me know if you need me to resend it or if there's anything I can help with on your end. Salamat!"

Professional. Not awkward. Hindi ka nagmumukang galit.

💬 Situation 5: Disrespectful message — Rude tone

What to say:

"I want to make sure we're on the same page. I'm committed to delivering great work, and I'd appreciate if we can keep our communication respectful and professional. Happy to discuss any concerns."

Firm but calm. You're not fighting. You're setting the standard.

🤖 Bonus — AI Prompt for any tough message:

"I received this message from a client: [PASTE]. Help me write a professional, calm response that addresses their concern while maintaining my boundaries. Keep it under 4 sentences."

Pag na-stuck ka, paste mo lang. AI will help you find the words.

Try this: Pick one situation you've faced recently. Practice saying the script out loud. Feel the words. Then save all 5 scripts in your toolkit doc. Ready for next time.

Five scripts down. Want ten more?
