OpenAI has been quietly upgrading ChatGPT's free tier — a newer default model, and the one worth your attention: a "Think" button.
One tap, and it slows down to reason more carefully on harder questions. Free users get it as a button; that's the whole interface.
(The free plan still has limits — files, images, voice. So this isn't about using AI more. It's about using your messages better.)

If you're on the free tier, you know tipid mode — limited messages, so every prompt has to count.
