Happy Tuesday!
Yesterday you caught the reflex — reaching for AI because you feel like you should.
Today, let's make it concrete: which tasks should stay yours. Not because AI can't try them. Kasi doon ka mas magaling.

💌 High-stakes or emotional client messages.
An apology. Bad news. A delicate boundary. These live or die on tone and reading the room — and that's exactly where a fast, polished draft fails. 'Yung apology na parang template? Ramdam ng client 'yun.
🧭 Judgment calls that need your context.
Decisions where you know the client, the history, the unspoken stuff. AI can't see what was said on last month's call — or what wasn't said. You can.
🤝 Relationship moments.
A thank-you. A check-in. A "naisip lang kita" message. The entire value is that it came from you. Outsource it and it becomes noise.
⚡ Tiny, fast tasks.
If explaining it to AI takes longer than doing it — just do it. Two-minute tasks don't need a first pass.
🎯 See the pattern?
AI is great at first drafts, structure, and volume.
It's weak where judgment, warmth, and context are the whole point.
This isn't "AI is bad." It's AI is a tool with a shape — and knowing its shape is what makes you good with it.
(If you have clients now: think of your last week — which messages should have stayed fully yours? If you're still working toward your first: these are exactly the moments that will build client trust later.)
Try this:
List two tasks you do often that fall into "a human should keep this."
Just naming them trains the instinct. Next time they come up, you'll know to lead with you — not AI.
Building the AI side of the skill too?
The Free 10-Day AI Email Course is the calm on-ramp — one short email a day. Ready for the full library at your own pace? That's the Starter Plan — $52 one-time / ~₱3,150.

Tomorrow: one simple gut-check to run before you open AI — so you catch the wrong-task reflex in real time.
