✅ 4 signs it's time to raise your rate:
You deliver faster than before. Same output, less time. If emails used to take 45 minutes and now take 10 — that's value you're not charging for.
You've added new skills. AI tools. Systems. Better communication. You're not the same VA who set that rate.
You're fully booked or turning down work. High demand = low supply. Economics says: raise the price.
You haven't raised your rate in 6+ months. Inflation exists. Your rent went up. Your rate should too.

📊 How much to raise:
10-15% increase: Safe. Easy yes. Good for nervous first-timers. Example: $5 → $5.50 (10%) or $5.75 (15%)
20-25% increase: Fair for skill upgrades. Most clients won't blink. Example: $5 → $6 (20%) or $6.25 (25%)
30-50% increase: For major value adds or NEW clients only. Example: $5 → $6.50 (30%) or $7.50 (50%)

Current rate: $5/hour (₱301) New rate: $6/hour (₱361) — that's 20%
You work 30 hours/week.
Old weekly income: $150 (₱9,030) New weekly income: $180 (₱10,836)
