A real example: cargo-release systems where AI validates shipping documents, checks for problems, flags anything unusual, then waits for a person to sign off before the cargo moves.

3. The first pass. Let AI do the task once, following your rules.
4. The approval. You review. Fix what's wrong. Approve what's right. This is the step the big companies build entire systems around — and you're the one doing it.
5. The measure. Note how many minutes it saved. Even rough. That number is proof — for you, and someday, for a client conversation.
