Happy Tuesday!
Yesterday we named the problem: Google gives you links, not answers.
Today, we fix it.
Remember last week's writing formula? ROLE + CONTEXT + TASK?
Research has one too. And it's just as simple.
📝 TASK + SCOPE + FORMAT
Let me break it down.
TASK: What you need to find out. "Find 5 coworking spaces in Austin, TX."
SCOPE: The boundaries — location, budget, criteria. "Monthly rates under $500. Must have fast wifi and meeting rooms."
FORMAT: How you want the answer. "Format as a comparison table with name, price, amenities, and Google rating."

✨ Put it together:
"Find 5 coworking spaces in Austin, TX with monthly rates under $500. Must have fast wifi and meeting rooms. Include: name, price, key amenities, and Google rating. Format as a comparison table."
One prompt. One output. Tapos na. 😊
💭 Before vs. After:
❌ Before: Open Google. Click 15 links. Read reviews. Copy info into a doc. Format it. 2 hours later — still not sure you found everything.
✅ After: One prompt with TASK + SCOPE + FORMAT. Get organized results in 5 minutes. Verify the top 2-3 options. Done in 10 minutes.
Ang laking difference, 'di ba?
🎯 The secret:
AI does the gathering. You do the judging.
You're not outsourcing your brain. You're outsourcing the boring part — so you can focus on the thinking part.
Try this: Think of ONE research task you have this week. Maybe finding vendors. Maybe comparing tools. Write it using TASK + SCOPE + FORMAT. Send it to ChatGPT. See what you get.
Tomorrow, I'll give you 5 ready-made prompts you can copy-paste.
Learning fast research is one skill. Fast client replies is another.
The AI Reply Kit has 10 ready scripts for those stressful client messages — including when they send unclear research requests. Free download.
