Happy Thursday!

Yesterday you got the line: "I use AI to work faster, and I review everything myself."

But there's a reason most VAs never say it out loud. Saying it feels like handing the client a reason to replace you — or pay you less.

That fear is real, lalo na for a newer VA. Let's answer it honestly.

😰 "Kung sasabihin ko, iisipin ba nilang pwede na nila akong tanggalin?"

Framed right, the opposite happens.

"I use AI to work faster, and I review everything myself" signals competence and honesty. It tells the client you're a skilled professional in control of your tools — not someone easily replaced by raw AI.

The VA who sounds in command of AI is the last one they'd swap for it.

🤔 "Won't they cut my rate if they know AI helps me?"

Your rate was never for manual hours. It's for reliable, owned outcomes.

A client who'd cut your pay for working smarter is mispriced from the start. Openness actually helps you here — it filters you toward the clients who value results, hindi 'yung bilang ng oras.

😅 "What if they react badly to AI?"

Then you'd rather know early.

But honestly? Most clients in 2026 expect professionals to use it. Openness handled with confidence usually lands as professionalism — not a red flag.

Why the open VA is the strongest.

The market is full of people quietly using AI and hoping no one notices.

The VA who's openly good with AI — transparent, reliable, in control — stands out as the trustworthy one.

Openness isn't a weakness you're conceding. It's a confidence others can feel.

That confidence builds faster with reps and feedback. The Growth Plan ($29/month / ~₱1,760) is weekly live coaching with me plus 200+ Filipinos building the same footing. Bring your one-liner — we pressure-test it together.

Try this: Next time the fear hits, reframe the sentence in your head: Not "I have to admit I use AI."

But "I get to show I use AI well." That shift — confession to competence — is the whole thing.

Tomorrow: we bring the whole series together — the VA clients trust with AI. And a look at what's next.

P.S. — If you're a VA who wants to stop worrying about AI and start earning more because of it, 200+ Filipinos inside UpSkill AI are doing exactly that. See the plans here →
