Yesterday, you wrote down your hourly ceiling.

Today, let me show you the math behind why some VAs blow past that ceiling — without working more hours, and sometimes while charging a lower hourly rate.

📊 Two VAs. Same skills. Different income.

VA A: Charges $15/hour (~₱910). Works 40 hours a week. Income: ~$2,400/month (~₱146,000) before slow weeks.

VA B: Charges $12/hour (~₱728) — that's lower than VA A — for retainer work. PLUS delivers 2-3 premium outputs per month at $400-600 each. Income: ~$3,600-4,200/month (~₱218,000-255,000).

What changed?

Not the hours. Not even the hourly rate. The mix.

VA B isn't working harder. She's working with a different model.

💡 Why outputs work where hours cap:

Your retainer is the floor. Your hourly is the floor. Outputs go on top of both.

We're layering. Not replacing.

Try this: Pick ONE current client (or — if you don't have one yet — pick a type of client you'd want to work with). Ask yourself: "What's something this client needs every quarter that's NOT in our retainer (or contract)?"

That's a premium output waiting to be built.
