Happy Thursday!

You built the package. You have the pitch ready.

But you haven't sent it yet.

Because the fear is whispering:

"What if they say no?" "What if they think I'm being greedy?" "What if it gets awkward and I lose them?"

😅 Gets ko. Scary talaga.

But here's the truth: Some will say no. Most will at least consider it.

And the conversation itself? It positions you as a professional — kahit hindi sila pumayag right away.

Let's handle the objections.

💬 Objection 1: "I don't have consistent work for you"

What to say:

"I understand. What if we start with a smaller package — say 10 hours/month — and adjust from there? That way you have guaranteed support when you need it."

Start small. Build trust. Expand later.

💬 Objection 2: "That's more than I usually pay"

What to say:

"You're right that the monthly total might be higher. But you're also getting priority support, no nickel-and-diming on small tasks, and someone fully committed to your business. It's an investment in consistency."

You're not defending. You're explaining the value.

💬 Objection 3: "Let me think about it"

What to say:

"Of course! I'll send you a quick summary so you can review. And if a full retainer doesn't fit right now, I'm happy to keep working project-by-project. Just wanted to offer the option."

No pressure. Door stays open.

💬 Objection 4: "What if I don't use all the hours?"

What to say:

"Good question. I build in some flexibility — unused hours can roll over for one month, or we can adjust the package after a trial period. The goal is for this to work for both of us."

Show them you're flexible. Hindi mo sila ipi-pressure.

🎯 The mindset shift:

A "no" isn't failure. It's information.

And even a "not now" plants the seed for later.

You're allowed to ask for what you want. The worst they can say is no — tapos you're exactly where you started.

Try this: Read through the 4 objections. Pick the one you're most scared of. Practice your response out loud. Feel the words.

Tomorrow, we wrap up the week. Retainer-ready ka na.

Confidence stems from preparation, which is easier with experienced people.

Inside the Growth Plan ($29/month), you get weekly coaching with me, retainer pitch templates, and a community of VAs who've already heard "yes" — and "no" — and lived to tell the story.

Hindi mo kailangan i-figure out mag-isa.
