Professionals — in serious, high-stakes fields — have sent out AI's confident fabrications, because the wrapper was that convincing.
Smart people get fooled by polish precisely because they're used to polish meaning competence. The trap is built for careful readers.

Stop treating the confident, specific answer as the safe one.
It's the one that most deserves a second look. Confidence is not evidence.
