Yesterday we named the stomach-drop feeling — watching AI do a whole task by itself.
Today, let's slow that demo down and look at what's actually happening. Because once you see it clearly, it stops being scary.
🖥️ What AI can really do now:
It's not just answering questions anymore.
AI can now carry out a sequence of steps — open a page, read it, pull the info, type it into a sheet. A real multi-step task, in a real browser, the way a person would do it.
Hindi na lang siya sumasagot. Gumagawa na.
🎯 But here's the key word: directed.
It doesn't run off on its own. You set the goal. You approve the actions. You stay present.
Semi-autonomous — with you in the director's chair. Hindi siya tumatakbo mag-isa.
And that's the good-news part most people miss: the busywork can run itself now. Which frees your energy for the one part that genuinely needs a human — the judgment.
⚠️ Now, the catch. The part the demos never show:
AI can do all of that — the whole impressive sequence — and still get something wrong.
A stale detail. A misread instruction. A name that's almost right.
Impressive and wrong at the same time. Polished is not the same as correct.
That's not a reason to avoid it. That's the exact spot where your value sits: the person who catches it before the client ever sees it.
