One is a document. One is infrastructure.

Most clients want both — which is two premium outputs, not one.

Sometimes it will. That's why you test it once with real data before handing it over.

AI drafts the structure and the formulas. You sanity-check with a week of actual numbers. Ten minutes of checking is the whole safety net.

You're not trusting AI blindly. You're using it as the builder — and staying the inspector.

A dashboard isn't a tech project.

It's you deciding what matters enough to show the client every day. That's judgment, not coding.

The VA who answers status questions all day is a helper. The one who builds the view the business runs on is an operator.
