📋 The 3-Prompt Process for Random Tasks
Prompt 1 — Understand the task: "I need to [DESCRIBE TASK]. I've never done this before. What's the best way to approach this? Break it down into clear steps."
Prompt 2 — Get a checklist: "Give me a step-by-step checklist for [TASK]. Include what to do first, what tools I might need, and common mistakes to avoid."
Prompt 3 — Draft the output: "Help me draft [THE DELIVERABLE] based on this info: [PASTE DETAILS]. Keep it [FORMAT/TONE]."
✨ Example: "Organize this messy spreadsheet"
Prompt 1: "My client gave me a messy spreadsheet with customer names, emails, and order dates all jumbled. What's the best way to clean this up?"
Prompt 2: "Give me a step-by-step checklist for cleaning up a messy spreadsheet. Include common mistakes to avoid."
Prompt 3: "Help me create column headers and a structure for this data: [PASTE SAMPLE]."
Ganun lang. Hindi mo kailangang alam lahat. You just need to know how to ASK.
