Happy Wednesday!
Yesterday the manager's eye switched on — you saw how much of your list is delegable.
Today, the move itself. Isang move lang.
🛑 Where delegation usually dies:
A task lands. You open AI... then the thought: "mas mabilis kung ako na lang." Explaining it feels like extra work.
So you close the tab and do it by hand. Again.
Here's what that thought misses: you already know how to hand off work. You'd do it naturally — if AI were a teammate.

Should I just do this myself?
🔑 The move: brief it like one.
A good brief is three lines:
What you want. The task, plainly.
Who it's for and why. The context a teammate would need.
Any must-haves. Tone, format, things to include or avoid.
Then let AI produce the first version. You're not typing the task anymore — you're directing it.
📋 Then the manager's half:
Review what comes back. Fix, refine, approve.
You delegated the doing. You kept the overseeing. That's the full loop — and the whole skill.
✨ Notice what just happened to your role:
You didn't produce that task. You managed it into existence.
Do that across your day, and the hours-cap quietly stops applying. Hindi mo na kailangang hawakan lahat.
(And to keep it honest: this is the delegation habit, not building an "AI system." Last week's taste was AI working while you did something else. Today's skill is different — the brief and the review. That pair is delegation.)
(If you have clients now: delegate one real client task this way today. If you're still working toward your first: practice on any task in your own day.)
Try this: Pick one task. Write a 3-line brief — what you want, who it's for, any must-haves. Hand it to AI. Review what comes back. Finish it.
You just managed a task instead of doing it. 'Yun ang delegation.

Tomorrow: the fear this stirs up — "if I delegate to AI, am I even doing my job?"
