Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday, you saw the math — outputs blow past the hourly ceiling that even raised rates can't.

Today, I'm handing you the roadmap.

Six premium outputs we'll build together over the next 6 weeks. Each one with AI doing the heavy lift. Each one priced as a deliverable, not by the hour.

You won't build all 6. By Week 7, you'll pick the 2-3 that fit your clients best. Those become your premium service menu.

Save this email. Screenshot it. This is the map for the next six weeks.

📦 Output 1: The Onboarding Kit

What it is: A polished welcome packet new clients receive on Day 1 — sets expectations, captures preferences, eliminates the messy back-and-forth.

Why it earns premium: Clients hate onboarding chaos. A clean experience separates senior VAs from juniors instantly. Range: $200-500 per kit (~₱12,000-30,000).

AI role: Drafts the questionnaire, the welcome doc, the kickoff email, the file structure.

📈 Output 2: The Monthly Performance Brief

What it is: A clean 1-pager showing clients what got done + what's worth their attention. Strategic, not administrative.

Why it earns premium: This is what makes your client look good to their boss. Clients pay separately for it because the value is upward visibility. Range: $200-400/month as add-on (~₱12,000-24,000).

AI role: Pulls together wins, flags concerns, structures the narrative.

🎙️ Output 3: The Brand Voice Doc

What it is: A document that captures HOW your client talks to their customers — so any content created for them (by you, by AI, by anyone) sounds like them.

Why it earns premium: Agencies charge $1,000-2,500 for this. You can build a leaner version in 3 hours with AI. Range: $300-600 (~₱18,000-36,000).

AI role: Analyzes the client's existing content, extracts voice patterns, drafts the doc.

📋 Output 4: The Client SOP

What it is: A Standard Operating Procedure you build FOR your client's business — documenting how a specific process should run.

Why it earns premium: SOPs are operational gold. They save your client's business hundreds of hours downstream. Range: $300-800 per SOP (~₱18,000-48,000).

AI role: Structures the steps, drafts the instructions, flags edge cases.

✍️ Output 5: Voice-Matched Content

What it is: Content that sounds indistinguishable from your client's own writing — social posts, emails, blog drafts — produced at scale using the Brand Voice Doc as the AI input.

Why it earns premium: Most VAs deliver "content." Premium VAs deliver content that doesn't read like a VA wrote it. That's the difference between $20/post and $80/post.

AI role: This is where AI shines hardest. Brand Voice Doc + AI = quality at scale.

📊 Output 6: Client-Facing Dashboards

What it is: A simple dashboard giving your client real-time visibility into their key numbers, workflows, or projects — without them having to ask.

Why it earns premium: Dashboards used to require developers. With AI + simple tools (Notion, Google Sheets, basic no-code), you can build something professional in 4-6 hours. Range: $400-800 (~₱24,000-48,000).

AI role: Structures the data, writes the auto-summaries, suggests the visuals.

⚖️ One thing to be honest about:

These prices are real — agencies and senior freelancers charge them every day. But they're senior-tier pricing. They assume positioning, a portfolio, and clients with US/AU budgets.

If you're still building your portfolio: Start at 40-50% of the ranges above. Build the output once for free (or at a discount) for a current client. Get the testimonial. Then raise the price for the next one.

If you're already running retainers with the right clients: The ranges apply. You've earned them.

Either way — by mid-July, you'll have built outputs that justify the senior tier. The pricing question gets answered by the work itself, not by guessing.

🎯 Which 2 should you focus on?

Just landed (or just landing) a new client? → Output 1 (Onboarding Kit). Sets the tone for senior pricing from Day 1.

Already on retainer with a client? → Output 2 (Performance Brief). Easiest add-on to existing work.

Client creates a lot of content? → Outputs 3 + 5 (Brand Voice Doc → Voice-Matched Content). They compound.

Client has messy processes? → Output 4 (Client SOP). Highest-value, most appreciated.

Want the biggest leap? → Output 6 (Dashboard). Senior-tier work. Worth the wait.

No clients yet? → Build Output 1 (Onboarding Kit) as your portfolio piece. Walk into your first client engagement as a senior, not a junior.

Try this: Look at the list above. Pick 2 outputs that excite you most — the ones you can already picture using with a real client (current or future). Reply with your top 2. I'll be reading every response.

Your top 2 = your starting service menu. We build them in the coming weeks.

One more thing before tomorrow.

Every output above gets faster when Claude can pull straight from your client's Gmail, Drive, and Notion — no more switching tabs, no more copy-paste. Troy demos exactly how to set it up. Live workflows. Real client work.

Tomorrow, we handle the fears: "What if a client says no to output pricing? What if I build one badly?"

P.S. — If you're a VA who wants to stop worrying about AI and start earning more because of it, 200+ Filipinas inside UpSkill AI are doing exactly that. See the plans here →
