Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday you learned the formula:
ROLE + CONTEXT + TASK.

Today, you don't have to write anything from scratch.

I made the prompts for you. Just copy, paste, fill in the blanks.

These are the 5 emails VAs write most.

Ready?

📧 Prompt #1: Client Update Email

"You are a friendly Filipina VA writing to a busy client. The project is [on track / slightly delayed]. The main update is [what happened]. Write a warm, professional update. Keep it under 5 sentences."

📧 Prompt #2: Asking for Clarification

"You are a detail-oriented VA. Your client sent instructions but [what's unclear]. Write a polite message asking for clarification. Sound helpful, not confused. Keep it short."

📧 Prompt #3: Delivering Bad News

"You are a professional VA. Something went wrong: [describe the issue]. Write an email that explains the problem, takes responsibility, and offers a solution. Keep it calm and warm. No over-apologizing."

📧 Prompt #4: Following Up

"You are a friendly VA. You sent [what you sent] on [date] but haven't heard back. Write a gentle follow-up. Sound helpful, not pushy. One short paragraph."

📧 Prompt #5: Weekly Summary / EOD Report

"You are an organized VA sending an end-of-day report. Today you completed: [list tasks]. Tomorrow you'll work on: [list tasks]. Any blockers: [yes/no + details]. Write it in bullet points. Keep it scannable."

That's it. Five prompts. Five emails you probably write every week.

Try this:

  • Pick ONE prompt from the list. Use it for a real email today.

  • Fill in the brackets. Hit enter. Read the output out loud.

If it sounds like you — send it.

If something feels off — tweak one or two words. That's your 20%.
